The Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) and the Human Services Agency (HSA) is pleased to announce its new Benefits and Resources Hub for people with disabilities and seniors.  Located at 2 Gough Street, the DAAS Benefits and Resources Hub is an innovation that brings together County Veterans Service Office (CVSO) specialists, expert Medi-Cal and Cal-Fresh benefits staff, and skilled social workers who provide access to the wide array of DAAS services.  Seniors and people with disabilities can drop in to ask questions or apply for multiple programs in a comfortable environment developed specifically for them.

DAAS created the Benefits and Resources Hub in order to make our complex service system easier for consumers and community partners to navigate.  The first of its kind in San Francisco, the DAAS Benefits and Resources Hub assists people needing to make critical choices about health and homecare with counseling, referrals, and cost benefit analysis.  The hub increases channels of information and contacts already existing in community aging and disability resource centers, and create new partnerships between city departments, health plans, and community-based organizations to maximize access to aid programs, health care, and social services.

Services offered at the hub include:

Hub Flyer in English
Hub Flyer in Chinese
Hub Flyer in Spanish
Hub Flyer in Russian
Hub Flyer in Tagalog
