SFHSA Benefit Recipients

Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH)

HSH provides people experiencing homelessness with emergency shelter and transitional housing and access to food, showers, and employment services.
Adult Probation Department (APD)

ADP funds 312 housing units and two rental subsidy programs that provide transitional housing and the stability needed to rebuild lives.

Journey Home Program

Journey Home provides eligible participants with a free bus or train ticket to a destination (in the lower 48 states) and a meal stipend. The program can also cover overnight shelter or hotel stay if the participant’s train or bus does not leave the same day. View program details
