2025-26 Dignity Fund Community Needs Assessment

Improving services for older adults and adults with disabilities

The Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS) published a draft report summarizing our findings about community needs and recommendations to improve services for older adults and people with disabilities in March 2026.

Read the Dignity Fund Community Needs Assessment (Draft - 2026) and DFCNA Appendices (Draft - 2026).

We will present our finding at the upcoming Dignity Fund Oversight and Advisory Committee meeting on March 16, 2026 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. This meeting is open to the public.
