Membership: PAC will grow its membership from 10 to 20 in 2025 to include:
- 8 members with lived life experience in successfully exiting the child welfare system
- 7 members with prior experience on boards, panels, and councils in child welfare
- 5 peer parents from FCS partner Urban Y
- 2 FCS staff
Compensation: FCS compensates unpaid parents who serve on the PAC.
