State Children's Trust Fund (SCTF) 

SCTF supports public awareness, research, and innovative approaches to strengthening families, promoting child well-being, building healthy communities and effective systems to prevent child abuse and neglect.  

SCTF helps support SFHSA’s Family and Children’s Services (FCS) partner programs Safe and Sound’s Mandatory Reporting Training and the Department of Early Education Asian Pacific Islander (API) Stress line.
