The campaign helps build a more caring and prosperous community where everyone—no matter their age—is afforded equitable opportunities.

The funding will allow 2,500 educators to apply for a stipend of approximately $4,000 per calendar year for three years. 

Eligible San Franciscans can still visit 15 participating museums and cultural institutions for FREE before the program ends September 2. 

 

This lawsuit is about protecting our residents and standing up against a policy that will have devastating effects on the well-being of many San Franciscans.

"This is not only bad policy, it is immoral. We will do everything in our power to fight it,” stated Mayor Breed.

The Job Fair will include on-the-spot interviews, making it the first of its kind for San Francisco's older adults and people with disabilities.

The cash assistance helps about 4,700 low-income adults without dependent children, adults with disabilities, and those who need help finding employment.

The grant will provide housing and services for San Francisco youth who are survivors or at risk of human trafficking.

For the first time, 41,000 older adults and people with disabilities who receive SSI/SSP benefits are eligible for CalFresh.
