Use CAAP
CAAP issues your monthly cash benefits on an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card. You can use your EBT card like a bank card for purchases at retail stores or at ATMs to withdraw cash.

- Counseling for mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence issues
- More free or discount deals: Get deals for museums, utilities, legal advice, and more
- Journey Home Program provides eligible participants with a free bus or train ticket to a destination (in the lower 48 states) and a meal stipend. The program can also cover overnight shelter or hotel stay if the participant’s train or bus does not leave the same day. Get program details.

- Birth certificate if required for your CAAP eligibility
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI) if you have a long-term disability
